Who am I?

My intention is to encourage and support human beings on their journey as pioneers, dreamers and researchers of the world we wanna live in.

I’m walking a path that aims for sowing seeds for a regenerative culture that values interconnectedness, the deeply relational nature of life, the importance of listening, practices of expression and attunement, as well as the acknowledgement of the sacredness of all life.

I’m a somatic practitioner, facilitator and musician - on an ongoing research of applied cultural transformation. I am offering individual one on one support, writing music, creating and envisioning spaces of all kinds. Trained as an anthropologist, group facilitator, massage therapist, body-mind coach, herbalist I am on a journey of unlearning and reimagining for over a decade.

My research is mainly focusing on the relationship of humans and nature, deep ecology, soul initiation, cultural transformation, networking, somatic awareness, embodiment and the art of relating.

In my romantic relationships I’ve been researching different relating styles for many years - as well as supporting couples and individuals on that path of redefining our definition of love and relating.

"It is good to realize that falling apart is not such a bad thing. Indeed, it is as essential to evolutionary and psychological transformation as the cracking of outgrown shells."
